Become a spectacle maker!
The art of bespoke tailoring
In a small group (maximum 4 people), you will receive step-by-step guidance from our professionals to create your own personalised glasses.
You will learn step by step how to design, manufacture and adjust spectacles individually according to the needs and wishes of your customers.
At the end of the course, you will proudly hold your own, self-designed version in your hands. Together, we will develop the necessary knowledge and technical skills.
The agenda covers various topics, including:
- Software-based design creation (online workshop in advance, duration approx. 2 hours)
- Basics of measurement and fit
- Material selection and processing
- Aesthetics and design
- Adaptation to specific requirements
The aim of the course is to provide you with both the theory and practical skills to create unique eyewear pieces that meet the highest standards.
INTENSIVE GLASSES MAKING COURSE
Make your own glasses in this two-day intensive course. First, learn how to use the necessary software in an online workshop with us. Bring your design to Kinsau and use it to build your custom-made glasses.
At the end of this course, you will hold your own custom-made glasses in your hands. We will issue you with an eyeglass maker's certificate and you will take home a wealth of know-how.
EYEWEAR MAKER COURSE & CUSTOMISATION EQUIPMENT:
With this package, you will take part in a two-day intensive eyewear maker course and also receive all the equipment you need to set up your own customisation workshop.
In addition to all the necessary tools, the equipment includes everything you need to make spectacles. This includes a file set, saw, drill, cutter, custom-made board, acetate plates, hinges and temples. The file set comes in a high-quality leather case.
