Echnaton, the ‘heretic king’, radically revolutionised Egypt. He broke with ancient traditions, introduced sun worship and changed art towards realism. He was a visionary who had the courage to question everything that existed.
We have designed a frame that breaks with convention to reflect this spirit. The Echnaton model is a striking navigator style with a double bridge. Contrast is the name of the game here: cool, 2.5 mm thick titanium meets the warm, voluminous acetate of the inner ring. As the ring is milled from an acetate plate, it stands not only for colour but also for genuine substance.
Laser-cut from the finest solid titanium in one piece, with an acetate ring in various colours, the temple tips are also made of acetate.
